This Is What I'm Doing This Week

This week, I'm focusing on a balanced routine to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Here’s what’s on the agenda:

Upper Body Strength: I'll be incorporating more dumbbell presses, rows, and shoulder exercises to build and maintain upper body strength. Keeping the shoulders and arms strong helps support good posture and reduces tension during daily activities.

Core Training: A strong core is essential for stability, balance, and overall functionality. I’ll be adding planks, leg raises, and Russian twists to strengthen my abs and obliques.

Stretching & Mobility: Flexibility is key to preventing injuries and easing tension. I’m dedicating extra time to stretches, focusing on hip openers, hamstring stretches, and using the foam roller for muscle recovery.

Cardio: I’ve planned a variety of cardio workouts, including sprints and cycling. Cardio is great for cardiovascular health, and I’m aiming for quick bursts of intensity to keep the heart rate up and endurance high.
